Terms and conditions of hire Pick and Mix stand
For all bookings the pick and mix stand will be delivered and set-up at your venue at a time that's convenient for you.

Following your event, all remaining sweets will be bagged up for you to keep - we never ever re-use sweets from previous events!

Numbers and quantities are worked out so that each person attending will have at least 'a quarter' of sweets (approximately 100-115 grams).

All hires that involve leaving the pick and mix stand overnight will require a fully refundable deposit of £100 that will be returned immediately on the satisfactory collection of the pick n mix stand and all equipment.
​
A deposit of £100 is required to confirm the date with full payment due no later than 28 days before your event.
​
We attend events all over the UK with free travel to anywhere within a 20 mile radius of our base in Westbury, Wiltshire. Additional miles will be charged at a rate of 40p per mile.
Rest assured
Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000.
Equipment is regularly PAT tested.
Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification.
