Terms and conditions of hire Hot donut trailer
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100 which will secure the date, with the full balance due 1 month before your event.
Cancellations within 28 days of the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the full hire cost.
We travel all over the UK and do so for free to anywhere within a 20 mile radius of our base in Westbury. Additional miles will be charged at a rate of 40p per mile.

The donut trailer requires a flat outside parking area of 3 metres x 4 metres to cook and serve from. This requires space to pull/turn a trailer with no overhead barriers to gain access. It is the hirers responsibility to ensure there is a suitable serving area available. If this is not available upon arrival, the full hire charge will still be payable.
Rest assured
Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000.
Equipment is regularly PAT tested.
Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification.
