Terms and conditions of hire

Wood fired pizza


All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £250 which will secure the date, with the full balance due 1 month before your event. Cancellations within 28 days of the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the full hire cost.



We attend events all over the UK with free travel to anywhere within a 20 mile radius of our base in Westbury. Additional miles will be charged at a rate of 40p per mile.



Please check with your venue that there is clear and wide access to your intended setup area (at least 120cm wide), with no steps and that there is an electricity point that we can use if serving times fall during hours with no natural daylight.



We will call the venue or events manager at least a week prior to the event to confirm these arrangements are in place.

Payment methods

We want to make your event special and provide the best service we can.  As such we would love to hear from you after the event with any feedback or photos to add to our social media pages.


Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £10,000,000.



Equipment is regularly PAT tested.



Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification.
