Terms and conditions of hire
Giant LOVE Letters
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £50 which will secure the date with the balance payable at least 28 days before the booking date.
All hires of the LOVE Letters will require a refundable safety deposit of £75 that will be returned immediately on the satisfactory collection of the LOVE letters.
The LOVE letters will be dropped off at the venue at a time agreed with you, and collected either the same evening or the following morning by agreement. We will require access to one standard UK electricity plug. The LOVE letters are to be sited INDOORS only.
Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000.
Equipment is regularly PAT tested.
Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification
