Terms and conditions of hire Pimm's bicycle
All bookings require a non-refundable deposit of £100 which will secure the date, with the full balance due 1 month before your event.
Cancellations within 28 days of the hire date will incur a charge of 50% of the full hire cost.

We travel all over the UK and do so for free to anywhere within a 20 mile radius of our base in Westbury. Additional miles will be charged at a rate of 40p per mile.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that we have the necessary approvals to serve alcohol at the venue under their existing alcohol licensing. We can arrange a temporary events notice (TEN) on the hirers behalf if required for an additional cost of £21 - this will need to be instigated at least three weeks before the event date.
Rest assured
Garbanzo’s Ice Cream Hire is fully insured with public liability insurance covering up to £5,000,000.

Equipment is regularly PAT tested.
​
Anyone selling/serving has the appropriate food hygiene certification.
