Our ice cream bicycles, sweet carts, selfie mirrors and other hire items work particularly well at promotional activities including product launches, trade shows, open days and brand awareness campaigns.


We have worked with a number of high profile businesses and can provide bespoke branding solutions to raise the visibility of your brand.  Using the ice cream bicycle as an example; we have found serving from the bicycle a great way to attract and engage with potential clients and customers.  


People queuing and enjoying ice creams creates a captive audience with immediate positive associations to your brand, which offers a great opportunity for members of your team to build rapport, gather information and provide promotional literature.


Previous events include:



Teach First – we attended a series of student engagement events across six universities throughout the UK in 2018 and 2019.  Raising awareness of Teach First, our branded ice cream bicycle acted as the perfect attraction to students at the end of the summer exam period to raise awareness of the supported teaching programmes and gather contact information.




HR Owen Maserati – In December 2017, we were enlisted late in the day to attend the Italian themed Christmas party at the Maserati showroom in Kensington.  Bedecked in branded Maserati livery, we served locally sourced gelato (in line with the Italian theme) from our ice cream bicycle to the events’ invited guests,  We then worked with HR Owen Maserati again at The Boat Race event in Bishops Park in March 2018 to help raise awareness of the brand and engage with potential clients.




Workday – In 2018, we worked with Workday across two days at a software trade show at the Olympia in London serving strawberries and cream from our branded bicycle to attendee.  Providing an eye-catching addition to the trade show stand, we found providing free servings to delegates in branded cups an excellent way  to increase the visibility of the brand throughout the event, which also created a natural ripple effect that brought more attention to the stand.

Ege Carpets - In May 2024, we worked with Danish brand Ege Carpets at their London showroom to raise their brand profile and engage attendees as part of Clerkenwell Design Week. Serving premium ice cream at the front of the store, we used a striking combination of branded cups and ice cream bicycle livery to increase engagement and drive additional traffic into the store.
